My interest in psychology was sparked after completing the course “Know Yourself and Others.” I started my studies at the NORD Academy, and from there on my studies continued at Tallinn University. Due to starting a family and having children, I had to take a break from my university studies for a while. During that time, I encountered family constellations and systemic thinking, which fascinated me so much that in 2011 I joined the first constellation therapists’ training group established in Estonia. I participated in many constellations and served as an interpreter for all subsequent constellation training courses in Estonia. Thanks to this, I had the opportunity to continuously learn and deepen my knowledge. Currently, I am completing my university studies in social work and actively work as a constellation and systemic therapist. I am very grateful to my teachers, Olga Knjazeva, head and lecturer at the Estonian Centre for Systemic Solutions, and constellation therapist Maire Taska, who have continuously supported and encouraged me on this wonderful journey.

In my work, I use various techniques and methods: family constellations, organizational constellations, working with associative cards, working with anchors, and psychocatalysis. I am a trainer in personal growth courses and I supervise constellation-based courses and workshops on various topics. I conduct group constellations and offer individual counseling sessions.
